Can one customer have multiple policies?
Yes. Each customer has one profile and can have any number of policies with separate insurers, renewal dates and reminder history.
Can I use my own WhatsApp Business number?
Yes. You connect an eligible WhatsApp Business Account through Meta Embedded Signup. Meta charges stay on your own Meta account.
Will reminders run when the app is closed?
Yes.
What happens if I downgrade?
Your data stays intact. If you exceed the Free allowance, automatic reminders pause until you select 100 active policies or upgrade.
